App to log MS jobs ?

Is there an app or a portal where i can log all my completed jobs from Different MSCs indicating the date, reimbursement,fee etc.
its getting increasingly difficult to track all my jobs on monthly basis done through different MSCs

I know about the spreadsheet but i was thinking of a Mobile App which could be accessed through mobile and also online through website. Spreadsheets are cumbersome to maintain on a mobile phone
I use a Google Sheets spreadsheet to keep track of everything. The mobile app makes it easy to access on my phone and enter anything in as needed.
I keep an Excel spreadsheet in my cloud. Shops, mileage, fees and reimbursements per MSC are logged. The totals are linked to a summary sheet for Tax Dude.

I have a copy of Quickbooks, a small business accounting program. Each MSC is a "customer". Allows tracking of reimbursable expenses (and unreimbursable expenses), too. I can tell at any time what has been paid and what has not, and can easily report on my YTD etc too. I have a non-cloud version but they have an online version now too that runs like $10 a month a think.
