Uploading Multiple Images using the Sassie System

I did my first shop and report for Mystery-Shoppers.com (Mystery-Shoppers, Inc) last night and discovered I was only allowed to upload 1 image in each of the 2 fields requesting them on the report. The MSC requires images to be uploaded in jpg format. When I would attempt to upload a 2nd file, it would replace the previous file. It was very late and I wanted the report to be submitted prior to today's 9am deadline. I sent the scheduler an email informing her I had additional photos to upload and apologizing for any inconvenience this might cause her. I have the feeling this is a rookie mistake and I just don't know the proper procedure for uploading multiple files using the Sassie system. Kinda bummed at the prospect of a refused report after all of the work I put in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I can tell (after submitting thousands of images using the Sassie system), only one image is allowed in each field. What made you think that you should be submitting 2 images if they only requested a single image?

If you absolutely, positively feel that you have to submit to images (and I am really advising you not to do this), paste both images onto a PowerPoint slide, Word page, or even Excel spreadsheet and then do a screen capture of the relevant portion of the page. The screen capture should be a JPG file when you save it (or you can convert it). Paste that image into the report.

@myst4au They didn't request a single image in each field. The wanted one exterior shot in the first field and ALL additional shots at the bottom of the report. I have materials given to me during the shop that should be included. I shouldn't have to go to the trouble of converting or otherwise manipulating files that are already in the requested format.
If there is no room in a Sassie report for multiple required images, I send them to the scheduler. I make a note to the Editor if there is a space for such in the report. I do not reformat those which did not fit. It happens with a n7mber of Sassie using MSCs.
Unless they want one image with all collateral in it? IDK the shop you are speaking of, so...
Thanks for your response, nslinhar. If I don't hear from my scheduler on Monday, I will call on Tuesday.
The report specifically requests an exterior shot and I provided two. The last field is reserved for all other photos...interior shots (if I could get them) and brochures were mentioned in the report. I was given an information packet that included a business card...5 items total in the packet.
If it requested "an" exterior shot, you need only supply one.

The rest? Upload one required photo in the remaining spot then do what I do. Someone may pipe up and say more than one image is stored when you upload multiples (even though you see only the last) so I could be blowing smoke here. However, no editor or scheduler has had an issue, and have never pointed out multiples can be uploaded in one spot. ShoppersView Christine jumps on here often, and she is with a Sassie company. Maybe she can provide insight.
You're correct - SASSIE only allows one image upload per question. (I work for the company that makes SASSIE.)
Thank you, C_bot. Relieved to know I've done the best I can possibly do. Now I wait...
I have not done a Sassie - but I have done others that require multiple photos - If it does not give me the option to upload more than one - I do one of two things - 1) email the scheduler the additional photos after I make a notation of same in the report 2) use an app called pic collage - you select the photos and they can combine them into one photo. Check with your scheduler if that is acceptable.
I had never heard of Pic Collage, so that is good. The issue that the OP described turned out to have been created by the OP. Only a single image was required, but the OP wanted to submit 2 images.

@myst4au The report requested I upload as many photos as I could get...not a single image. I didn't create the issue.

Glad I was able to teach you something new. Sometimes you feel it requires two photos to capture the essence of the request. I found that the pic collage is the best way to submit this as the photos can be directly linked to the report. No user error in combining emails photos with a report on either end. smiling smiley

I am sorry if I mis-interpreted what you wrote. I was interpreting this sentence "The report specifically requests an exterior shot and I provided two. " to mean that you wanted to upload one more photo than they asked for.quote=greenelight2go]
