What are your least favorite shops, but you do them anyway?

Robert Graham.... The clothes are ugly and extremely expensive..... The shop requires an $80 purchase and return.... The first time I did the shop, the sales associate did not run the return properly and I got a call two days later from the assistant manager to fix it..... The next day, I got a call from the manager as the return had still been done incorrectly.... At least it was done correctly that time and they took the initiative to remedy it. Still, it was too much trouble for a $15 that I picked up because I was already in the mall.

Periodically, the MSC calls and asks me to do it..... If the bonus is right and I'm feeling a need for another shop, I'll take it, but I just don't like the shop.....
This shop in Scottsdale (outside of Phoenix) is often heavily bonused.....I believe because of the minimum $80 purchase requirement. I have done it once for $35 in a metro area that hardly ever gets bonused due to having so many shoppers......I won't touch it now for under $25 as I said - it's often bonused and not all that hard.

Anything for ACL. I still do a few here and there though.
I am no fan of ACL myself.....I get 9's and 10's with many other MSC's, even a 10/10 with DataQuest on a shop where I had to refer to myself in the third person as "the inspector" but for some reason my writing style does not work for ACL and after several issues with ACL over my writing style and unclear, at least to me, directions as to how to improve and exactly what they are looking for, I gave them up. I miss one of their higher end restaurant shops I will say but....I'm sticking with MSC's for whom my writing style works.

I have my first ACL Shop coming up. Let see how it goes...
I have done very, very few ACL because of the extremely low pay on most of their shops, but the few that I have done were shops I would do again and again. The Staff at ACL has always been great. So if you can afford to do their shops, you will probably like doing them.

Those watch shops that are not on ISS pay quite well.

I have never seen a luxury watch shop requiring a purchase. I could handle the $50 pay, but what could you possibly buy in a luxury watch shop for $180?
do you have to go several times? and do they give you a hard time about giving you what you want? i'm having that problem.(the negotiation shop)

I certainly wouldn't consider a $180 watxh a luxury watch.

There are reasons that a body stays in motion
At the moment only demons come to mind
My least favorite is AA's bowling shop. They want you to do this that and the other and pay pay pay for almost no recompense. My first one was late, took all night cuz I kept dozing off. Then when they sent it back I didn't really have the answers they wanted (cuz they wanted so much-a lot to remember) The only good thing-they didn't give me a hard time cuz one of the receipts wouldn't print out and I had to screenshot my online banking page.

Yikes! I hope you do not write your reports this way. I'm not familiar with this shop.
A This is not a shop this is a forum. I've seen all kinds of remarks on this forum since I've started reading it.No worries I have Grammarly, honey.
B. You have to do everything they have bowl, eat, order a drink, do three activities, and play video games and go try to trade in tickets (for a kiddie prize that you don't want) shop cost 50-65 for a basic fee of 70. If you don't wait for a bonus its not worth the time. And you have to ask every single employee a question and note their response and write down every sign at the events.

That would definitely be on my Do Not Shop list too once I read the requirements. Your grammar was so bad on the post that I could not read it with any understanding. I am probably in the wrong age group to easily understand that kind of speak.
They had down for me to go on a Friday night. I ran the cost prospectus, 32/b, 10/shoes, events 12, food 9/drink8 on a 70 dollar shop. I sent her a cancellation. She called me (live-no email) and said please I have deadline, 20 dollar bonus; do it on Sunday it's cheaper. So I ended up doing it anyway, didn't want to leave her hanging. Haven't signed up for another. I may when the bonus gets pretty enough. But if I'm busy with other shops, no can do.
Goodwin and associates bowling shops on ISS for a major bowling company are much better. They have many requirements but with coupon sign up for email and buying on the cheap still make about $40. Another bowling shop I do which is surprisingly an independent bowling center with only one location reimburses up to $55 and pays $5 bowling food and drink at bar. If you spend $43 or more they still give you $55 and its hard to hit the $43 mark. I end up making $17 on the shop sometimes more when bonused. I don't know of any amusement advantage shops that are worth it. I mean sure if you got 3 plus hours to write a report and want a highly reduced experience and have kids fine. I would rather do 5 easy $20 shops and pay for the bowling or whatever I wanted to do. Just me thou.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Buffalo, I agree with you about Amusement Advantage. For the pay it isn't worth it. I do some of their shops because I have a son and the shop allows me to take him on outings I may not be able to afford otherwise.

I've just got to ask.....do they expect you (whoever the MSC is) to purchase a luxury watch with just a $180 reimbursement? I can't see that shop moving fast under those conditions!!!
My son is 22. I went on a reduced budget with my son. We didn't know that we could preload this card with $50 dollars and get free money for the video games on the card. The bowling was ok, but I haven't bowled in 20 years so I shot more gutter balls than anything. I only beat my son 1 game. The bumper cars was fun even with just me and my son in there. But the other two events are not really fun if you don't have kids. I ran super low on money because I agreed to go ahead and do it after I had canceled when I saw how much it was.I did three video games the 3 I wanted to do, not the ones that earn tickets. So I forgot to go see how many tickets it was needed to buy the smallest prize. I had to call back up there to get the answer when I did the survey. There were no employees at the side events so you had to wait around and get someone to come help you, (this is not fun).I have a life so I was not able to finish the survey the first night, stayed up late trying to get as much done as possible, got busy the second day with other stuff, and had to stay up the next night to finish the report. There's only one way to do this shop, especially if you have a reduced budget and aren't rich enough to just go hog wild and get most of your money back. Step 1 sleep in late the day of the shop, b Stay up late to finish the shop and get the early return bonus and c make sure you have NO morning events scheduled the next day so you can sleep in late. All of this is contingent to receiving a good bonus. Another part of this shop that is rough for me, is I have to buy a drink and give it to my son to drink and write what he says it tastes like because I don't drink anymore. I hate writing what he says and not for myself because he thinks everything tastes good. lol. And on top of that my hungry son has to have something to eat too. The cheapest way to do the eating part is if I order a pizza and I eat one slice and let him eat the rest but If I don't feel like pizza that day then it's going to cost more money because two people HAVE to go I can't go by myself. All in all, I won't go again unless there's a substantial bonus, and we have extra money (preferably my son has the money to eat for himself). And I'll put the fifty on the gift card thingy so I get the bonus 12.50 for the video games.

I can't see that shop moving fast under those conditions!!![/quote] I can't even try to contemplate a shop that has over a 100 dollars of expenses right now. The end of July I was let go from my w 2 job. (Ok by me this is better for me anyway). But I'm still getting caught up from refinancing my car, I had to take my last check stub to refinance and they made me pay down the balance first and pay the gap insurance out of pocket. So I had to take out a personal loan to do it. I can't pay my credit card balances down until I make the last payment on my old credit building loan on the 10th. When your new at this its hard to get all shops that don't require any purchases. But if I can make $15 eating at a drive in a 7 dollar meal and get my 7 back, yea I'll take a few. One less meal I have to buy. lol. But then I've got to wait a month and a half to get my money back. I'm still waiting for the bowling shop money to come back. I've got outstanding tickets from October for Service Check, Intellishop, Customer Impact and Ath power. I've only been paid from Imyst, Market Force, and Bestmark. (I will say Market Force helped a lot.)

I have to admit, I started this mainly for meals, because an average of one free meal a day (plus leftovers often mean more than one free meal a day) means a LOT less in grocery money. It's not the healthiest lifestyle, but right now I'm trying to pay off all the divorce legal fees. I have had pizza 15 times from 5 different companies in the last 5 weeks (not including the leftovers!) and Chinese fast-food lots of times too. For the Chinese-food drive-thru shops, I taste the food as instructed, then freeze the entire meal for later.

I'm getting creative with leftovers, too. Garlic breadsticks that come with one chain's pizza, I cut up into little pieces and toast them so they'll be crispy later. Good for croutons but also just a savory snack. Cinnamon breadsticks that come with pizza shops become breakfast for a few days by being re-toasted.

Oh well, I'm having fun with it! I'm starting to experiment with some bank shops now to bring in more actual cash.
The bank shops are pretty easy. Even most of the car shops are pretty easy. The negotiation shop not so much. If anyone else has never bought a brand new car I don't advise doing them. Your first one might end up being a test run. I have never bought a new car in my whole life, So I am learning the process as I go. It's a lot of work pushing the salesman to give you what you want-not what they want to give you!
Amyann....Try to get take out food, easy report and one can do it....doing one today 40.00 reimbursement 8.00 fee so for one that's a lot of food. Second-to-none has well paying phone jobs, tons of them here.

Live consciously....
I stopped doing Western Union shops, they made me uncomfortable. I would get a huge knot in my stomach and all stressed out. Not worth it!
