I won the shop lottery!

I check my email on a regular basis, but I've never been lucky enough to be the first person to reply to a desperate scheduler offering a large bonus. Tonight, though, I snagged a $50 post office shop for tomorrow.

And to make it even sweeter, I had to mail a birthday present to Youngest Son next week. He'll just get his box containing a Starbucks gift card and three cans of canned tuna a couple of days early.

I saw those...and kicked myself for not being able to do any of them. lucky you,you were at the right place at the right time.
LOL - My family always knows when they get a package from me it will be bottled water, Spam, or rice! LOL
Nice. OAN: Sometimes I don't take the PO shops because I just don't have anything to mail. But I did see one scheduler offer a solution to this problem. She had an address for a homeless shelter and suggested a 1 lb. bag of rice be mailed to it. smiling smiley
I just take them and mail a bag of rice to my boyfriend (he lives in another town about an hour away). When I am at his house, I just pick up all my boxes. Most of them I never even open (just take the labels and stickers off). Sometimes I do have to retape them but otherwise, I just put new labels on and either do another post office shop back to my house (from his town) or I take them back home and mail again.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
