I was going into mail a package when a couple of Rottweilers broke the window of the truck parked next to me and came at me. I ran fast.
I was driving to do a business verification when I was in an accident at at 65 mph. My car was totaled, I broke my wrist and was sent to the hospital in an ambulance. The verification contact was angry because I didn't make the appointment and called an hour past to let her know what happened. Sorry lady, next time, I'll dial you from the ambulance.
I was doing a series of hotel shops in Portland, another accident and my second car was totaled. Got in trouble with the mystery shop company for checking in ten minutes late. Next time, I'll have a rental car and tow truck waiting at the scene of the accident, during rush hour.
I visited a sandwich shop on the Hill in Boulder, CO. This is located right off the campus of University of Colorado. The shop manager was so thrilled to have old people visiting his shop, he comped us two salads, although I begged him to let me pay for them. I recommended to the mystery shop company, that they might want include an age restriction next time.
Back in the day, I'm shopping for a Nextel phone, trying to trick the store personnel to sell me a phone without following the proper procedures for including ID in the paper work. I tricked them and they were going to sell me a phone without the paper work. Six months later, I am shopping the same location for the same reason. When I ask for a Nextel phone, that manager blows up, "You, you! I know you, you were in here before trying to but a Nextel." I told him I didn't know what he was talking about and left in a hurry. I did note his name. I called the store the next day, John, the manager was not working until the afternoon. Dressed down, wore my yard work clothes and went shopping for a Nextel phone. Son of gun, they fell for the same scam again. They were ready to let me buy a phone with a promise that the paperwork would be faxed over.
I'm doing a shop where I visit check cashing places that are offering to do income tax returns. I am standing at window talking to the teller about their income tax service, when I hear the tax preparer tell a customer that she will be getting her tax return done at H&R Block. All was duly noted in the report.
