Changing your age for a job

Hi! I have a family member who shops for Beyond Hello. She wanted to do a restaurant shop that required people 24-up (she is 23). What would happen if she changed her age to do the job? Would she get banned/kicked-out (as I think)?

She would certainly run the risk of getting caught and generally if you are caught lying about one thing it would be assumed you would lie about other things so your results as a shopper would always be in question. Certainly better to eliminate such a shopper from your pool.
The last I checked, to be a registered shopper with a legitimate MSC, you must submit your date of birth and SS#. They two sets of numbers must match with the government/IRS. Risking one's integrity for a free meal at a restaurant is absolutely insane! But then again, most 23-year-old people are not fully cooked.
This is the first time I've heard of someone willing to commit fraud for a meal that isn't even free. Guess it takes all kinds.

Sometimes you can check with a scheduler and they are able to make exceptions and give permission, but to do it on your own, would be a strict no-no and probably with severe repercussions.
I would ask the scheduler. Lying is not a good thing. Word gets around very easily in this business.
Yeah, changing your birth date with a MSC probably will raise a red flag and cause the MSC to contact you and possibly deactivate your account. I know this because the first few of times I signed up with MSCs, I was very suspicious and thought they may be scams, so I changed my DOB by a few days to help prevent identify theft. Later, when I found out that everything was legitimate, I corrected the date and had to explain what I did and why.
