Long Audit

Would appreciate feedback from anyone who has done the 5-9 hour audit that requires a background check and drug test beforehand. Pays $50 - $100.

5-9 hours for $50-100? Are you kidding me?
Hey, sounds like a lot to me. So far I have only done $5-7 jobs. What am I doing wrong? These were dine-ins at fast food places and almost 30 miles away. No, I haven't really made any money but I am getting experience and that is valuable in itself.
I did these shops back in 2009/2010. It all depends on the store. If the merchandise such as DVD, games, etc. are not in their right place it could be a nightmare. Then, there were some only took 4-5 hours. They do reimburse for the check and drug test, but it's a good chunk of cash to outlay. Back then, we were paid more for the shops. I recall $110-125. The bottom line is, one shop per day since you still have to go home and do the report. Also, don't pick a busy day of the week or the customers will be in your way.
The audits actually started at $130 and remained at that rate for two years. Supposedly some locations went up while many others went down, probably to that $110 to $125.

Sorry about this being a duplicate post. I just noticed that "golfaddict" started a similar one on 12 Nov. 2014.
I think you're right LisaSTL, it's been awhile. What happened with this MSC by the way? They merged, or got bought out or something and suddenly all of my information went back to showing no shops completed and a rating of 5. Now I can't get assigned shops because the rating is a required 7 or 8. I did lots of work for them and never had a problem.
Company just keeps getting worse that is now doing these.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
$50-90? When they posted the first round of these under the new company, I didn't see any less than $75 in my area, and averaged $110 on the couple I did.

The locations I did weren't bad at all.

Somewhere in the Midwest, shopping / auditing full time since 2014. Will use PV-500 for food! smiling smiley
Since the MSC hasn't been mentioned, I assume this is the Best Buy audit that's being discussed. That being the case, Loghomelover is mistaken about doing the report at home. One of the requirements is you must have a tablet so you can enter the report as you go along.

.
Have PV-500 & willing to travel.

Tablets have only been around for about two to three years before that it was a laptop with a broadband (cell phone) card.
But since almost everyone has a tablet and in some cases 3 or 4.
