She really made an impression on me as she made the extra effort to reach out to me and resolve some issues that I had and find a fix. She went that extra mile to try and keep me as a shopper and that is what it is all about. She deserves a pat on the back and some extra recognition for doing more than just what the job requires.

I would like to add to my previous post nominating Shelly Martin from KSS that I would have nominated her even if I hadn't been told about the contest. She IS that good.
I like Tanya Harpe from AboutFace. She's friendly and responds quickly. She has gotten me approved to do shops when I'm close to the 90-day cutoff too. smiling smiley
Robyn Myers at RBG has always communicated quickly. I know that if I have applied for one of her shops, I will know within the hour if it has been assigned to me. I love working with her because she doesn't make me wait. I am able to maintain my schedules due to her quick responses. She runs an "A" class show!

Joanna is a very hardworking scheduler that takes her job very seriously. She is very proactive in her approach and manages our entire shopper experience. She has been in the position for over three years. She keeps tight on her schedule to release shops and puts an unbelievable effort into making sure not to burden our shopper. I would like to nominate Amy Stiffler (GFK Mystery Shopping) Amy is a very kind hearted and hard working individual. As a new shopper, I never felt alone. Amy was there to assist me throughout the entire process. I e-mailed her with questions at 9:30pm (thinking she would get back to me in the morning.) To my surprise, I received a response at roughly 9:32pm. This kind of response time deserves an applause. I probably asked a dozen questions and Amy was there to answer all of them with a calm spirit and energetic tone. Amy is the type of scheduler anyone would want to encounter. She even sent a reminder email about my mystery shop a day before it was due! She deserves 10 nominations! Thanks Amy for all that you do, keep up the excellent work!
Celeste with Summit Scheduling (schedules for Confero). Always really great to work with, flexible, helpful. She mistakenly asks me for to do shops in Granite City and what she means is Granite Falls. Has become an ongoing joke between us!
I would like to nominate Ginny from Jancyn! Ginny is smart, prompt, and helpful. She is everything that a good scheduler should be.
I want to nominate Dawn Hunt at New Image. Not only is she a professional, friendly and a great scheduler but a great person with a listening ear. Dawn will notify shoppers ahead of time before shops are put on the board. She will answer phone calls and not just fix mystery shopping issues but sincerely show an interest for the shopper as an individual. Nothing compares to Dawn. She also started a post just so shoppers could share ideas on how they make money with non-mystery shopping websites. Overall she is a great scheduler, an understanding human, a great mother and wants her shoppers to make as much as they can.
I am nominating Jen. She is the greatest person who has a personality to match. She always answers my emails and is very understanding. She really tries hard to get her shops assigned and is willing to work with you.

Robin Myers - Reality Based Group

Robin is great at communicating what really matters to shoppers (Location, time, fees, etc.), so that there are no misunderstandings. She also keeps a good shopper in mind for those last minute, bonus available shops.

She helped me through my learning days a couple of times and did it with grace.

Robin Myers of Reality Based is one of my two favourites. Jeffrey Rose at Bare International is the other. I will go the extra mile (sometimes virtually) for either one of them and they often do the same for me.
Ryan P of Second-to-None is simply the BEST. After six successful years of mystery shopping, I have found Ryan to be the most professional scheduler I have worked with. His response time is commendable. He's flexible and efficient. Second-to-None is very fortunate to have him on board!!!
