There is no way to know how accurate or up-to-date Google is. If there is no phone number listed so you can call and confirm she is there, I would suggest doing a reverse lookup. When you call, it might be a good idea to simply say, "Hi Karen," instead of asking for her - if she's dodging contact and it's her it will throw her off and she's likely to respond.
You can also contact the assessor's office in that county to find out who owns that location, and if she owns any other property in the county. If she owns anything then if you get a judgment against her through small claims, you would have to be paid if she sells it.
If you don't know the county, go to usps.com and look up the zip code as if you don't have it, then somewhere there's a link to industry information or something like that and it gives the county.
I forgot to say if you file a small claims ask for all costs associated with the litigation.
