I just referred someone to the blue tint box to the right of their post to look for more discussions of Amusement Advantage. What I found when I clicked it myself was a long string of posts from the Job Board. Can maybe those be excluded as "More Discussions"? They aren't "Discussions" and they get in the way of finding discussion threads about a company. (I just mentioned Amusement Advantage because that was the one I clicked on, but I have to assume it works the same for other jobs posted that name the company.)
