Anyone curently working for Convergence?

I received an invite from them and am somewhat curious. I really interested in the blitz work, not the huge resets. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Cindy55,
I used to work a good bit on the resets for Convergence before I sort of retired (99% retired!). It's true, they do a LOT of resets, but I used to do other periodic work for them, mainly packing out candy in Targets the week of Halloween. They pay on time, average pay, and their communication will depend on who your area manager is. And they probably WILL ask you to work on resets from time to time, so if you don't want to, just make sure you make that clear to them. They're not a bad company to work for, and they may fill a niche for you. It will be worth applying to, I think. Good luck!

It's not what I would call regular project work, it goes in waves. They have some work that they get for POP and IRC's - my area the project work is in Walmart. Sometimes there are proof and fix assignments for cosmetics - not always full resets.
They pay .31 a mile, but only after the first 30 miles. It's actually supposed to be after the first 30 miles or after the first job location. But they, and Cast and others disobey that rule and will only pay you after the first 30 miles period, no matter how many stops you make for them in between. But if you insist on them following the rules, they will pay you for it. The same thing with drive time, they pay you minimum wage for drive time and only after the first half hour of drive time. Again, its supposed to be paid after the first 30 minutes or after your first stop. Again, these companies, and others, will try to pay you after the first 30 total minutes, no matter if you made one job assignment stop or 8. But if you insist, they will pay, begrudgingly.

There are also some "door fees" that can be requested if a store is far away. In the past I have worked on some multiple day resets and there is a food stipend along with the hotel room. It used to be very vague - now I believe they are trying to be more consistent
