Tester turned shopper

I take things a bit to seriously and thought, why not get paid for it? I've done feedback in the past, but not in the form of regular shopping and getting paid for it in a official standard.

You'll probably see more of me, occasionally. So yeah, hello everyone.

A few companies like doing product testing with their customers where they reimburse you for feedback. It's a "hit or miss" circumstance. Some companies offer it as an initial buy in to obtain positive feedback, which is more in the "buying reviews" territory.

There were about 4 testing companies i worked for in Dallas. Better pay $100 an hour wasnt unusual but $25-40 was more usual. Frito Lay was a big customer. Come in and taste 4 versions of potato chips an evaluate them on color, taste, saltiness.

Other companies did beer, frozen dinners, fast casual menu items, chop saws, banks. They were testing items where the companies headquarters were. Guessing you need to be in a major metropolitan area to find these companies.
I used to do this for P&G. They actively look for parents of babies in diapers and at one point I can 600+ Pampers in my garage. at no cost to me, for testing purposes. Good times.
