I believe you will find that you are overqualified relative to almost all mystery shopping assignments. That should not deter you, just be careful not to overthink assignments or instructions. If in doubt, ask yourself what you would have thought if you had never heard of net promoter score (after 16 years, I have never seen that term on mystery shop guidelines or in reports). When it comes to VOC, unless you are doing customer intercepts, you will not be collecting VOC, you will be providing the VOC based on the scenario that the shop specifies.
