I agree that Helion would be an excellent place to start for shops in Europe. A word of caution, however. You are generally not permitted to work if you visit anywhere in the EU on a tourist visa. I worked for an international company and often traveled on business. I was an employee based in the US and was paid by a US company to a bank account in the US. To visit countries in Asia, I often had to get a business visa, but I was still paid by a US company to a US bank account, and I still had to be sure not to be present in any single country for more than 180 days (the exact number varies by country) in a given calendar year. Helion is a large company, and I assume that they know what you are legally entitled to do regarding "working" in Europe. I would not have been able to be paid for my services by the company's German, Thai, or Chinese subsidiary (those are just three examples) because they can't employ anyone visiting on a tourist or business visa. A "work visa" would have been required.
If you happen to have a passport from an EU country and enter Europe using that passport, then you can work there. I am sure that you know that.
