new member need a little help

Hi everyone new member here and i need a little help please... i just started with ipsos mystery shoppers and my first task is tomorrow. i'm not very good with technology (wasn't around when i was growing up... i'm a little on the mature side) but i'm still learning! lol
Anyway to cut a long story short can anyone tell me how i can fill in my shopping survey on my laptop please? i'm going into the task and open my worksheet but i can't edit onto it.... do i have to save it somewhere else to edit it like 'word' and if so how do then send it in through the portal? i have emailed ipsos but no reply yet. i have noticed there's a time limit to submitting the form and am now worried that i won't be able to do it. If anyone could help with some instructions i would very much appreciate it. thanks in advance

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

This is a generic response. There should be an online form for you to fill out. There is probably a button labeled "Submit Report" or something like that. You start filling it out. Save (if possible) by going to the end of the report. Attach files as required. Submit.

Most of the forms will be saved online automatically but some will time out, so hit the save button if there is one.

Some reports won't let you save them until the due date. If the due date is the 10th, you can't save information on the 9th.

Sometimes there are sample worksheets to use for note taking. The one you fuill out is different and is an online form. Open your web browser such as Chrome or Edge, go to the MSC website, and look for the online form in the shop listing.
