Hello, I am ready to get started mystery shopping

Hi, I am brand new to mystery shopping and signed up with Ipsos yesterday. I went on the Ipsos thread to ask a question here but for the life of me I can't figure out how to start a new thread or ask a new question or whatever you call it. Can someone please tell me how to go into a specific forum and ask a question? Thank you!

At the top of this page on the left there is an arrow. Click on it, then click mystery shopping company discussion. Then, click new topic to start a thread with your question. Just remember not to specifically name any of their clients in the thread.

ahh, ok and then I guess someone moves it to the correct forum or something like that?

If you click mystery shopping company discussion and ask a question about a mystery shopping company, than it's in the correct spot.
