Hello from TN

Hi everyone, I have been mystery shopping for quite some time. I have just recently gotten back into it and really enjoy it. This forum is a great source of information. I am currently looking into MSPA certifications and evaluating if it would be worth it. Please let me know if you have any feedback on that. I would also like to learn to perform video shops. MSPA certifications are really not important. Of more than 200 MC companies only about 3 seem to claim to give priority to MSPA certified shoppers. BUT a good track record with any company/scheduler will shoot a shopper right to the top of the list for assignment priority! There are many threads on this topic.
