Hello, I am literally just signing up for mystery shopping. I have requested one assignment so far and am still waiting for it to be approved. Any tips for mystery shopping in a casual restaurant would be appreciated.
(I mystery shopped at Jamba Juice a looonnnngggg time ago, but that was just buying a smoothie at the counter and done.) :O)

Hi - it would help if u told us which client OR which msc it was. Don't tell us both. Better yet, after reading the shop instructions, what specific questions do u have?

My mind has just gone blank and I can't think of any specific questions at the moment. Haha! So sorry!

I think a better question at this point would be if anyone had any recommendations regarding reputable mystery shopping companies to sign up with. I have signed up with Myster Shopping Services so far. smiling smiley

My suggestion is to read the forum to get an idea of what companies you'd think you would like to work for. Then join them. There is a list at the bottom of the homepage.

Hi. Also, when requesting new shops that you are not familiar with, just try out one first before committing to do more, just in case the shop is not a right fit for you. For example, one or more MSC have bank shops. Each MSC have different requirements/reports so get your feet wet first before accepting more shops of the same kind.

I am not finding Mystery Shopping Services on the list. How did you find them and what is your assignment? You applied on a secure website with a user name and password? Hope it did not involve receiving a check in advance, as that type of solicitation is always a scam.
