I have been a mystery shopper in the past for about 3-4 years, I put mystery shopping on the back burner when I was employed in the insurance industry b/c I really did not have sufficient time to devote to mystery shopping. I had my own insurance agency and it kept me very busy. Now that I'm retired, I have time for mystery shopping, something that I really enjoy. After spending about 25 years in the banking industry and about ten years in the property and casualty insurance industry, I think I can be a very professional and qualified mystery shopper. I'm looking forward to learning more about mystery shopping from all of you. Every little bit of knowledge helps me do a better job.
