Lisa is correct - Bare is a great company and certainly one worth checking out. There are over 200 good companies on a list linked at the bottom of the page. You will like want, over time, to sign up for nearly all of them. They offer different varieties of shops in different regions.

I would start, however, by reading the "new shopper" sections on the forum. That will give you a good overview of the world of mystery shopping. Then, start signing up for companies. I suggest starting with the companies most often mentioned on the forum as they are all larger companies that will almost certainly have something near you. Read the advertisements posted here and sign up for any company advertising anything in your area - even if you don't like the shop advertised, there is a strong chance they will have other offerings.

And, of course, as you have questions, feel free to ask. You'll likely get several different answers.
