Hello to All Pro Mystery Shoppers

Hello all I'm Andre CEO of ZOOMCHEK Inc. I have been in the business off field services since my boots could fit into a uniform. I signed up not only to gauge the market but to gauge the atmosphere of the boots on the ground. The moral health and welfare of an independent contractor are the Keys to any successful field driven operation. While revenue gained is the measurement of success for any company but to often they do not compliment. I see it here in some threads on this forum while I respect the complaints. I ask myself how many ? are really willing to be apart of doing something about it? We join associations and pay fees that offer a few leads, an imagined status to keep a grip on markets. What If I told you all of it can be disrupted ? like a taxi from uber.

I want to offer a few of you on a national scale an opportunity to do more earn more. I have spent a fortune on building out technology with partners and integrator's that works for you and I came here to find real Pro's in the business of making it a business to help me field it. I'm Creating my founders Circle starting here on a national scale with national backing and you in mind. Would offer a sign up link but I wan't to respect the forum since I signed up moments ago and am learning the rules here.

Warm Regards,
Andre

I am a bit uncertain just what you are marketing and where you are located. If you are seeking investors or marketing something, this may not be the best place. Are you a professional mystery shopper? This all seems quite vague. Maybe I just have not had enough coffee this morning.

@zoomchek
I agree with @walesmaven. There are an awful lot of scams that target mystery shoppers. The Zoomchek website is as vague as your message and claims to be based in New York. However, your post's word choice and syntax suggests that English is not your language. You message is vague and unusual enough that I am going to treat it with a lot of skepticism until we have some clarity - and would caution others to do the same.

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
Also, it is customary for schedulers and business owners to indicate this in their signature. If you want to place a specific job listing there is a section for that, but like the others I am concerned about your motives here.
You have done your homework. Very good! also check the New York Department of State. I would advise others to do the same. Somewhat insulting! you publicly declare English as my second language. Scams and skepticism are two hurdles that plague people from building beneficial relationships on different verticals. Appreciate you visiting my website sorry it wasn't to your liking. Feel free to make a recommendation anytime.

Thanks storm appreciate the information and your desire to keep the community safe. There are many forums that come up on google search. This one ranks top out of 1,829,000 results if I was spamming or scamming this one would certainly makes sensesmiling smiley Don't worry I just made an introduction. Perhaps I should have just said hello but who has enough not time from operating their business to post a hundred times to get to the end result. Certainly taking your advice on posting in the right place. I'm new here but I know how to make the net work for me

For one, your hours state "online forever", yet your chat is down.

For two, well I won't even bother because, as my Grandmother always said, "You can't bull$#it a bull$#itter".
Yes, you are registered with the state of New York. If you are real, please forgive my skepticism. However, this industry is frequently targeted with scams and your post does have some red flags.

If you are for real, can you share what you do? It seems the best description on either your website and Facebook page is"We get things done." WHAT do you get done? WHAT are you recruiting people to do?

If English is your first language, you'll do better if you can clean up the grammar. Poor grammar and strange word choice (both of which are apparent in your message) are reasons to doubt the legitimacy of a business. We've all received letters from Nigerian Princes....

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
Odd punctuation and capitalizing words mid-sentence are red flags. There is the simplest of solutions to avoiding 100 posts. Make your post clear, concise and grammatically correct. Don't blame us for not understanding a poorly worded, vague description of you and your business.

Understand that ! strong crowd here lol To the point! I'm here to recruit Pro shoppers to do shops. While I'm at it I'd like some schedulers who schedule orders above the independent contractor poverty line. Writing is not a gift of mine. I tossed to many airplanes in CUNY. I'm Nigerian if that even matters feel free not to work with me.

I don't think anybody cares what your nationality is.... The 'Nigerian Prince' comment was simply relating to an extremely common scam where we receive an email from somebody claiming to be a Nigerian Prince and offering to send us money... It has burned quite a few people in this country.

From what I can tell, you don't have any experience in the mystery shopping world? This would suggest that you don't have any clients? You'll get a better reception on this forum if you become affiliated with MSPA.

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
"You'll get a better reception on this forum if you become affiliated with MSPA."

Not necessarily. I have never bothered to even find out if a company is with the MSPA because it is not any sort of watchdog group. They are a trade association, founded and funded by some mystery shopping companies. Membership by a MSC offers no guarantees or safeguards for shoppers.

I bring it up because this is the second time today I have seen you tout the MSPA or MSPA verified companies. There are a number of good, legitimate MSCs not associated with the MSPA. There are also MSCs who fail to honor ICAs and who pay consistently outside of terms who are considered members in good standing. I don't fault the MSPA, in fact they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. Promoting the industry and lobbying on behalf of their members. Despite them recently offering memberships to individual shoppers, we are not their clients. Any focus on shoppers, such as training, is designed to first benefit the MSCs.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

I didn't know that there were people of Nigerian nationality in the US Army, I would love to know how that happened? Unless you became a US Citizen, which would no longer make you Nigerian, but instead an American of Nigerian ancestry. Which is what you should have written if that is the case. The way your post is written, one contradicts the other.
I corrected my previous MSPA reference - it was incorrect.
I would suggest that he would be helped with some sort of affiliation that would give him credibility in the industry. I figured MSPA is as good as any... Where would you suggest somebody start who has zero experience with mystery shopping who wants to break into the industry?

You do not have to be a U.S. Citizen to serve in our armed forces.

Getting somewhere now ! thank you. I'm aware of MSPA no different than NAR NAMFS and MBA adds credibility in a one-sided industry. My opinion stagnates it also, by chaining independent contractors to rates that are formed by the diamond level members at the dinner table. I can admit being a grasshopper smiling smiley in your arena but trust that my business is doing well. I'd like others to do well also and my intent genuinely follows. I'm folk

What does it mean, to toss airplanes?

Yeah, but you are not allowed to have any security clearance in the armed forces if not a US citizen. You can be a translator or do some other light jobs, but you can't "toss" airplanes. And although it was possible years ago,
the MAVNI was suspended in 2014.

Okay, I checked out the linkdin profile and it there it states the OP was in the US Army in Civil Affairs for 7 years, not 17. Civil Affairs is not "tossing" airplanes. I don't have a bit of a problem with anyone wanting to help our country in defense against our enemies. I welcome it, but I don't welcome people who stretch the truth and misrepresent themselves.
I don't want to break into the industry. I'm a millennial! I want to disrupt it! That's crazy isn't it! When I first started my company in New York in my twenties I seen a man doing a report on paper. I asked him a few questions. I was curious. He was very guarded and brushed me off. Then rudely dismissed me as some punk kid. I Probably should have been in class but I just wanted to learn to earn. So I set out to figure out what he was doing and when I gathered all the information I needed. I got rid of paper, automated his process and shortly watched his company disappear from my neighborhood streets. The companies above the market can't stand going national regional local to achieve the same results that technology can bring locally at a fraction of the price. Even bigger fact is the major brands that require the market data collected from shoppers are under pressure to reduce cost as retail environments deteriorate. I could google blast an ad for shoppers and get them back for a dime a dozen but the pro shopper are the real investment. Even though most companies you work for only know you as vendor 123. That should clarify my desire to even post. I need some pros, forms, testers, schedulers who from home only, who schedule at rates that help push US poverty innovators to assist and guide me in the right direction. Not your clients, associations ,fears or skepticism. Here's my email ***(contactlogan@zoomchek.com)*** nice meeting you all

Lol my integrity isn't worried about you, but do connect on LinkedIn, so you can investigate further. Just let me know when I made your cut or not. if not no problem

Yes, your post was confusing. No, I am not looking for entertainment. But I do want to know why on linkdin you wrote that you were in the military for 7 years but here in the forum you wrote 17 years. Don't take it personally that someone (or many) might be wary or suspicious of you and/or your motives.
@zoomchek
You are rightfully being questioned with a lot of skepticism. You are an unknown to us and your post is completely different than what we typically see - and is more akin to scams than legitimate business. You have not been written off - otherwise, you would likely have been tossed from the forum already. We are, however, trying to figure out just what you represent.

I am certain that I am not the only one who has looked for information online about you... I can confirm that you have worn, on multiple occasions, a U.S. Army uniform, for instance. Zoomchek currently has three employees and has had an average revenue of about $150,000 over the past few years. It was founded in 2010... It primarily deals with gathering information about properties. I know that you have had some employment in the world of real estate. However, It is unclear to me how long you worked with Carrington. I'm still trying to find out a little about your post-high school education.

Folks here are interested in making money, but many have been burned before. You approached us out of the blue; expect to be vetted.

Tossed to many airplanes in CUNY. ? Means I played around in class but personally doesn't matter cause I'm doing well in life. As for the ARMY? My Character ? or Integrity ? Not much you can say about the profile with 500 plus connections of creditable well developed relationships. As for clearance lets not do that either I'm sure you seen the United States Department State in my work history. Not enough for you to decide you know nothing about soldiering. I'll take back 90% of the comments in my head if you are a vet but I imagine this is your premium entertainment channel. Let me know when you find a purpose.

My father was a USAF Colonel and was a veteran of war. He was a pilot in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. But no, I don't know anything about soldiering other than the strict disciplinarian lifestyle I grew up with. And being a vet has nothing to do with being in the military, as that would be in reference to being a veteran of war. And no, this is not about my entertainment, I am trying to understand conflicting information you have given, which you still are not explaining...saying that you were in the US Army for 17 years here in the forum but writing 7 years in your linkdin profile...well that's a huge discrepancy.
