Coming out of lurking!

Hello Everyone! I’m Stephanie in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I did my first mystery shops in 2006. Back then, I had a toddler, an infant and a part time job. I found that mystery shopping didn’t fit into my life with young children. I had signed up with many companies and didn’t deactivate my accounts. I just ignored all the emails.

Last year, while unemployed, an email from A Closer Look caught my eye and I started thinking about mystery shopping again. I tried a couple shops and enjoyed them. It’s much more fun to do shops without trying to figure out what to do with my kids.

Since then, I have been regularly shopping and have continued to enjoy it. I enjoy the work and I think I will always do a little mystery shopping, even if I pick up a full-time job. I have a lot of admiration and respect for those who make mystery shopping a full-time job. For me, it makes a lot of sense to do mystery shopping as a part-time, on demand job. I love the flexibility of it.

I have never done a video shop, an apartment shop or an airline shop (I have done airport shops). I have tried most other types of shops. My favorites are grocery stores, entertainment shops, restaurants, and gas shops (no audits).

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Welcome here smiling smiley I have a toddler now so I know what you mean about it being hard to shop with him. My shop opportunities are fairly limited but I enjoy the ones I am able to do.
What an awesome heading. How would i find out which companies are in texas?

#don't believe me just watch
Many companies have jobs all over US and Canada. One has to sign up with lots of companies and check job boards. Have you noticed the list at the bottom?
