Welcome! I hear you about it being "an experience." I'm fairly new but have been doing a lot of shops, and sometimes it seems that for every time it's "wow, service was great, food was great, that was fun!", there are at least 2 or 3 shops where something doesn't go as planned! But I learn with each one. :-)
