Can someone tell me which MSC handles theater and casino shops?

Also which has video shops...so many have gone out of business or stopped doing some shops...a private message would be fine with me if those things aren't allowed.

You are allowed to name one or the other, just not both in the same thread. Service Sleuths has some movie theater shops and casino shops. Video shops, you mean like where you are shopping with a hidden camera or do you mean video stores? I don't think anyone shops video stores anymore, but there are lots of "video" shops where you have a button camera hidden and record the interactions.

So many MSCs have gone out of business? I can only think of a couple in the last few years.

I think DW meant that video stores have gone out of business, not exactly sure though...

Service Sleuth does both, however location matters. I don't know about Video but see companies offering to train me (to no avail),

Strategic Reflections does some theaters. I have seen Market force has a separate system to do theaters. Video shops I only know a couple Service Savvy and The Shadow Agency..
