As a shopper, I enjoy seeing the improvements made as a result of my observations. I am the happiest when the employees do what is expected of them. I do not enjoy writing a bad report, but have had my fair share of them. When I first started mystery shopping In 2003, I completed reports that were hand written and mailed to the MSC. I do not miss those days.
