To me, if it's a solid company, 90 days is nothing. It's money in the bank. What kind of interest am I getting on 30 bucks a shot in 90 days anyway? I worked for a pest control company and it's customers would pay, on average, in 180 days. Of course, that was for $3,800 and up. Luckily, having a stash just for mystery shopping helps. Where I am, the turn-over is not very high in these jobs. So, a year between is not really enough. I gobble them up every couple of years and then leave them alone for a couple of years. I've had to travel and stay with my AirB&B buds to get rotations every couple of months. Most of the apartment shops I've had are for dives and, woefully, I've had to say NO I would not rent here based on this visit. My pepper spray and I are best friends.
