Hi Thomas - I grew up in the Garden State. Most shoppers are friendly, but a mix of introverted and extroverted. So, forums and Facebook groups can be the equalizer.
My best advice would be to attend the next IMSC event you can. It's leaps and bounds above what you get from MSPA training, which is geared more towards producing shoppers for the companies. You will meet more seasoned shoppers at IMSC and connect with schedulers actively recruiting.
