HI Charshop12, your post sounds like an application to shop. The best way to get started is to sign up with as many of the mystery shopping companies listed in the Official List of Mystery Shopping Companies link at the bottom of the page as you can. Try to sign up with a few each day when you have time. Some companies require a writing sample or narrative of a recent shopping experience. Your background as an English teacher will serve you well. Make sure you compose your narrative in some type of computer document so you can copy and paste it into the applications of different companies. Also be sure to check out the information in the new mystery shopper forum. Good luck, and let us know how it is going.

proudly shopping in the D.
No offense, but what type of English teacher would write a post without using punctuation when necessary and omitting an important hyphen?

The new neighbor just got run over by the Welcome Wagon. Geez, it would be hard not to take offense.
Seriously, Chris. I know it seems skeptical (and I am) but to sign up and write a post like that is not indicative of someone who is really an English teacher or a secretary.
Even teachers and secretaries use a sort of "shorthand" when posting. Let's wait and see.
