Hello, I mystery-shopped about 15 years ago (for about 2 years). So now that I'm thinking of doing it again, I've noticed many changes. And my two companies that I got the most work from in the past, aren't even listed anymore! But my question is about automotive service webshops...do you have to give a phone number and will someone from an auto place be calling?? Or do you just make an appointment online with fake info. I was just curious before I would sign up for one, I like knowing what is involved. I mainly did restaurants and retail in the past. That's probably what I will be looking for in the future. I think I would be too uncomfortable to pull-off the car shopping or apartment shopping
