new to shopping

i was a victim of mystery shop scam. i was sent a larg ceck for a couple thousand, and yes i deposited it. you know the rest. so i have been hesitant of where to start. i am a single mother and very much in need of money for my daughter and i. i was wondering if anyone could help me get started, i have applied to some companys, im not sure where i should go to start. i just wanted to say hi and a lil about myself. thanks everyone..jen

Sorry to hear you were burnt.

I suggest you use Corporate Research to learn a few shops. They are currently a nickle and dime outfit but, a good place to get experience.

It would be helpful to know where you are located...

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.

Sorry about your misfortune, CallieR09. Mystery shopping is a good way to make extra money though it can take time for the money to start rolling in. Reading this forum can be a big help. It has been for me. You're on track with signing up with companies. For a jump start, Corporate Research International and MarketForce have shops acros the US. They're generally low paying, but available. Also, register with JobSlinger, a free site, that can show you shops in your area.
