It helps to take notes on the key point to remember. For me, I won't print out the complete guidelines for each shop because that was more confusing. I only print out the guidelines if I had to do the same shop but had multi locations or the specific pages that was not clear to me or too detailed to remember. Review the instructions right before you go into the location in your vehicle. Or sometimes I would write down some notes that looked like a shopping list to quickly look over depending on the type of shop. For example, a large retail store that you can go over to the next aisle or department that you can discretely look at your notes but not in front of the associate you are evaluating.
