New Shopper in Houston

Hi, I am Deborah. I am a Mystery Shopper with Sales Quality Group, Sassie, and most recently Ipsos. I am looking for some shops to do in Houston, Texas. Anyone know of any?

I'm not in your area of the country to know, but I'm sure there are lots of shops. Let me suggest that you register with Jobslinger.com (the free version) and you will be able to see shops by distance from your zip code. Many of the jobs you see will have been taken by other shoppers already, but it will let you know what companies have shops in your area. Those are companies you will want to register with. At the bottom of each page of the forum has an "Official List of Mystery Shopping Companies". These are companies we know are not scams but shopper experiences vary so you may wish to use the links to different discussions of the companies.

Jobslinger is great because it can show you companies who have shops nearby and you don't have to be registered with those folks yet. As a warning, AVOID GIGSPOT if you are a traveling shopper as you'll no longer be able to choose distance and travel locations!

Hi Deborah, I just wanted to point out that Sassie is actually a reporting platform and there are multiple MSCs that use it. You wrote that you are signed up with Sassie but just keep in mind that Sassie is not the name of the MSC you signed up with. MSCs that use Sassie are Intellishop, Service Sleuths, Consumer Insight, Technology Shopper, Ath Power, Confero, and several others. When you apply for each company the application page is going to look very similar. Welcome to the forum!
