hello to all my name is Mattie, I'm looking forward to being a part of the positive contribution to the community, I do have some questions, which are, when the assignments are accepted, are the expenses out of pocket and then reimbursed by the company or how does this work is each companies assignment different?

Welcome to the forum! Expenses are out of pocket and reimbursed per the terms of the job/contract. So lets say a shop will pay $10 and reimburse up to $3 for a purchase. The maximum they will 'pay' you for this job is $13 and you will be reimbursed at the same time you are paid. Lets say that you purchase an allowed item for $2 and submit the receipt. You will be paid $12 ($10 + 2) by most companies, though I can think of one that at least used to just pay the $13. If you purchase an item for $4 and submit the receipt, you will be reimbursed for only $3 and thus will be paid $13. Of course if you shop is not performed correctly it will be rejected and you will be neither paid nor reimbursed.
