Is anyone familiar with Strategic Reflections?? Has anyone done work for them and been paid ok?????

Yes, I have worked for them. I haven't done any recently, but last half of 2009 I did a bunch. No problems, payment early the second month after the shop. So July shops paid early September, August paid early October, etc.
