Hey People!

So I just found out about mystery shopping and have been really intrigued by the idea of it, hence why I decided to join this forum! I haven't done any jobs -- let alone find any jobs, and was hoping to possibly get some answers on how to find work

I'd appreciate any help, tips, and tricks you guys have to offer! It seems like a really nice community from what I've seen so far!

Welcome to the forum! If you use the Official List of Mystery Companies list, then you should get a good start on getting your first few shops. I've noticed that it may also be a good idea to register for around 10 to 20 MSCs per day.

Hello...I've been a mystery shopper since March 16, 2016. The first place I went to was ISS or isecretshop.com. They've been the only job board I've used and come to find out today, because I just joined the forum today, I've read positive and negative remarks about this job board. Not knowing any others I was happy enough. But apparently there are more. Good luck in what you do. I currently schedule an average of 35 shops per month working about two days per week. You can only do this in a larger city like LA or New York. I looked at shops in my home town I grew up in, Rutland, Vermont. There where only two shops listed.

Welcome to the forum INFJernie. It sounds like you are off to a great start. You are absolutely correct about location being everything!

Actually my market, including surrounding towns, has about 100K people. I do an average of over 100 shops a month.
