Just stopping in to say hello. Mystery Shopper is a new role for me, although not unheard of. I am aware MS's exist and have learnt a little about the process. Looking to learn and share with all.

I suggest that you head on over to the New Mystery Shoppers area of the forum and read all of the first dozen or so topics that are "pinned" to the top of the list there. That will give you a real head start on the basics.
