A Shout-Out from OREGON

Hello everyone, This is a wonderful site. You have all helped me so much! With anywhere from picking the right shopping company for me or just reading and finding out that everyone is dealing with a similar issues. I started shopping about a year ago. Its been smooth sailing for the most part. There seems to be a shortage of job rite now and I m thinking I should sign up with more companies. Here's a question I hope you all can help me with? I was advised in the beginning to sign up with as many companies as possible! OK so I did and I have a group of about 30 or so. What to do with companies that want you to up-date your profile but never send shops your way. Or have a job board that does not list jobs in my state. So out of my list of companies I really only get shops from 5 wonderful companies. What should I do with the rest? I am also training for merchandising and I left a thread in the 50-100 coverts about my first and last job with this merchandising company. I should have stayed in bed that day! It happens and I stepped in a big one that day. I hope everyone has a great day. Im glad I stopped to say "HI".

Just keep your info current and give them what they want. You just never know when they are going to get a new client, one that might interest you. I would use this downtime to keep signing up. There are still a lot of shopping firms out there past 30, and you might be missing something. :-)

I just finished my Income Tax today and found it interesting to see that the companies I did the most for this year was barely noticed last year. And the one that I did the most for last year, I did very little for this year. And every years it has been the same. It is funny to see all the companies that used to keep me busy but never have anything in my area. Keep signing up and keeping your profiles update cause you never know who will knock next.
