Hi Rita. Finding the forum was a great first step. Next step is to sign up with Mystery Shopping Companies. There is a list at the bottom of the page, with links to the MSCs' sites (Official List of Mystery Shopping Companies). There are a couple of hundred, but my suggestions to start with are Ipsos, Maritz and MarketForce.
