I just joined this forum and thought I would introduce myself. I am a typical Irish Gemini and all that that entails. I started mystery shopping in 2001 and have done it on off ever since. Being retired it is a good way of making a little extra money and also a way to help improve customer service in local businesses (and believe me, the businesses near me need all the help they can get....
