New Shopper from California....

Hello, like the others on this post, I too am a new shopper as of October 1st. I have only completed 3 (small) shops. I attempted to sign up for casinos and hotels in my area, I get an email stating I do not qualify because I am "new" and need to be a "seasoned" shopper before they will assign these exclusive shops to me. The shops in my area have to do with automobiles which I am not interested or have the said vehicles for service. Can anyone out there share any advice to this request. Thank you ALL for support and wisdom. Be Safe out there!

Welcome! I have never done a casino or hotel shop but I can tell you that there are a lot more options than that out there. Just keep signing up with more companies from the list below. That way you will get more experience and can maybe move up to those coveted assignments!
Thank you for your kind words of wisdom and encouragement. I have already signed up to 3 companies. Would you happen to know what firm covers Costco or Hometown Buffet? Thanks again.
I cannot tell you that. It goes against the ICA agreements that we sign and it is not allowed on this forum. Just keep signing up, 3 companies is not enough.
Cadragon,
Welcome to the forum! Many new shoppers are unaware that the Independent Contractor Agreements (ICAs) that we all sign when registering with MS Companies (MSCs) require that we do not tell what clients are shopped by which MSCs. In addition, the forum rules require that this information not be shared, even in PMs (private messages).

Three MSCs is not even scratching the surface of the 200+ legitimate MSCs that are listed at the bottom of each form page, through a link that you can click on. Most of the more serious shoppers are signed up with 150 or more MSCs.

A good strategy for a newbie would be to sign up with 5-10 new companies on each day that you have not scheduled a shop. This is the investment of time that shoppers make to get their new small business started. Save a short sample narrative in Word to use for the many MSC applications that require one, and keep a spreadsheet with the names of the MSCs, your sign-in codes, and their web sites and contact phone numbers. You can later expand this to include more data for tracking your shops, fee and reimbursement payments due to you, and payments received. You will need the payment information at tax time, of course.

This is a great small business opportunity, so enjoy!
