Is anyone having difficulties logging in to their system? I have been trying for the past two days and I cannot get back into my account.

I did a shop for them, and have not hear back from them, and now this.

And: yes my password and log in information is correct

Thank you, for your help. I was just at a loss about what to do. Turns out I just needed to empty my cookies.
