Hello world!!
I have just learned from a co-worker that we have mystery shoppers in Brazil as well. We probably have it for years... but I have always thought it was just an American thing.
So... yeah... I'm looking into it now, seeing if I can make an extra buck and maybe help improve the level of services in my area. Hope to learn from all of you and hopefully make small contributions of my own to this community.
