It's been awhile since I updated this, so I decided to reintroduce myself. My name is Dante Beck and I've been involved with mystery shopping since March of 2013. As a shopper, I am registered with 100 companies (give or take a few) and I have completed over 750 assignments. I was a scheduler for GfK Mystery Shopping from October of 2014 up until about a week ago. I am still learning this industry (most of us never stop learning!), but I am happy for having this forum as a place to learn, be entertained and vent when needed.

My personal insight-

Honestly, before Kelly Truelove, the CEO of Integrity Consultants, contacted me to help her with scheduling, I was contemplating giving up on it.

I had become disillusioned with scheduling due to the way the company I was scheduling for was treating shoppers. I figured that this was the way all MSCs treated contractors; until I spoke with Kelly.

Kelly and I are from the same mindset that shoppers are an integral part of the mystery shopping industry and they deserve to be treated with the utmost respect.

I have finally found a company which I believe in! The CEO is amazing and very easy to talk to. She does not mind talking to shoppers and has even helped at times when a shopper needs immediate assistance and has questions about shops that are not through the company. She is VERY active in the mystery shopping community and runs the "Market Research Pros" facebook group.

I can second what Dante has said about Kelly Truelove and Integrity Consultants. I have met Kelly at many IMSC events and had a chance to visit with her and to watch her interact with other shoppers and members of the MS community. She clearly has the respect and admiration of many who I also respect and admire. Kelly and her firm have been enthusiastic supporters of MS education for shoppers, by shoppers, from the get-go. Dante, you have landed in a good place!
