Is there a preferred format for writing creative, informative and adding suggestions on improvement in a review? I get the feeling that there is a preferred style that some agencies are looking for.

If your question refees to how to write mystery shopping reports and feed back provided, the answer is varied. There are hundreds of companies,each with thier own style. But like restaurants they can be grouped into like minded entities. Some like little to no narratives. Just answer the questions yes or no. Some like lots of details written to thier sytyle. Some will give you meaningful feedback designed to help you improve while others don't provide much feedback if any at all. Thus you must learn how to perform the reports. Read the instructions and seek assistance on the forum. Discussions by company are available here
