Joining MSPA

I've been dabbling in Mystery Shopping of and on for a couple of years now and want to take it to the next level. Right now I'm currently signed up with about 60-70 different companies. My question is, "what benefit if any will I get from paying the $25 sign-up fee for becoming a member of MSPA?". Any and ALL feedback will be greatly appreciated thank you.

This has been discussed many time, but most posters will not see your question because they do not usually visit this area of the forums. Best bet is to do a search for "MSPA" and "last 90 days," or "all dates." BTW, my personal answer is that experienced shoppers with good reputations among schedulers not not need to pay MSPA anything. Also, MSPA is the lobbying group for the companies, not for the shoppers. By "joining," a shopper does not get to influence or vote on their policies.

Thank you for your response walesmaven .As I stated before I have just been mystery shopping for fun and am ready to get serious and take it to the next level and trying to get as much leverage as I can and stand out from the crowd.
