Hi All,
My name is Patrick and I have worked for some of the world's largest mystery shopping providers for over a decade. I have worked in many different areas such as designing questionnaires, assisting shoppers with issues, assigning urgent jobs to shoppers, selling mystery shopping solutions to clients and finally being Director for a major international mystery shopping provider. I am sure I have emailed or talked to at least some of you over the past ten years. :-)
I have now started a new job in a different industry and I can finally do some mystery shopping myself, which I obviously wasn't allowed to do previously. I am excited to see what it's like being on the other side with all of you guys.
I hope that I can contribute to the forum with some of my "insider" knowledge and I look forward to learning from you guys as you are the experts in actually doing the shopping.
