There is a list at the bottom of each page, "Official List of Mystery Shopping Companies." Next to the names will be links to discussions so you can read what other shoppers think. You will find opinions vary widely on many companies. Every company has shoppers who love them and shoppers who hate them. It's why recommendations usually don't work so well. Register with a lot of companies, try shops from each and soon you will have a list of good, viable companies in your area.
