Yes, you have to report all your income and possibly pay taxes. I'm not sure you can make what would be considered "good" money from telephone shops alone. How you get paid will depend on each mystery shopping company. It could be check, direct deposit, PayPal, PayQuicker or even gift card and the terms could be anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months after the shop is conducted. There is link to a list of over 150 companies at the bottom of each page. You need to take a look at the first 12 threads in the New Mystery Shoppers section. They will give you some better guidance about registering, finding assignments and taxes.
