Finding Companyies in my area

Hi all! I thank you for your replies in my first post. I have been applying to all the companies listed on this forum. Is there any way to find out which companies actually have work in my area before I go through the paper work?

Not really. You just have to sign up with as many companies as you can and hope you get lucky. You will see some work in your area on jobslinger but it's probably just a fraction of what's actually available in your region.
