Hello everyone

I am beginner to the forum and shopping. I just joined some of the companies out there. I have always been the one to work for a company who has been shopped or the manager reading the shops trying to figure out how to improve.
I am glad to have found this forum to help me get started.
Now where to begin. I hear I have a lot of reading to do and some certifications to do.

Welcome to the forums, and to mystery shopping. Sounds like you've got some invaluable experience from the other side of shopping; that should come in handy.

Just keep reading the topics listed in the "New Mystery Shoppers" section of the board and you'll have a good head start.
